Squashed commit of the following:
net/mld: The MLD logic now compiles and is much less toxic. It still is not a proper MLD implementation: (1) It is basically a port of IGMP, tweaked to work with IPv6 and ICMPv6 MLD messages, (2) it needs a proper analysis and comparison with RFC 3810, and (3) it is completely untested. For this reason, it will remain EXPERIMENTAL for some time.
net/mld: Add some missing macros, more fixes related to IPv6 vs IPv4 types,
net/mld: More compilation cleaning. Most fixups for IPv6 vs IPv4 types.
net/mld: Hook crudely converted .c files into build system and resolve a few of the many, many compilation/design problems.
net/mld: Add support for MLD statistics.
net/mld: Hook in MLD poll and packet transmission logic.
net/mld: Change references to IPv4 definitions to IPv6 definitions; Remove mld_input() since MLD piggybacks on ICMPv6 input. Add functions to catch MLD messages dispatched by ICMPv6 input logic.
net/mld: As a starting point, copy all net/igmp/*.c files to net/mld/. and change all occurrences of igmp (or IGMP) to mld (or MLD).

* Description:
2017-07-29 21:42:26 +02:00
* Generic output conversion hook. Only needed for IEEE802.15.4 (and
* other non-standard packet radios) for now but this is a point where
* support for other conversions may be provided.
2017-04-03 23:25:36 +02:00
*
2017-04-03 20:01:04 +02:00
* TCP output comes through three different mechansims. Either from:
*
2017-07-29 21:42:26 +02:00
* 1. TCP socket output. For the case of TCP output to a radio,
* the TCP output is caught in the socket send()/sendto() logic and
* redirected to 6LoWPAN logic.
2017-04-03 20:01:04 +02:00
* 2. TCP output from the TCP state machine. That will occur
* during TCP packet processing by the TCP state meachine.
* 3. TCP output resulting from TX or timer polling
*
* Cases 2 is handled here. Logic here detected if (1) an attempt
2017-07-29 21:42:26 +02:00
* to return with d_len > 0 and (2) that the device is a radio
* network driver. Under those conditions, 6LoWPAN logic will be called
* to create the radio frames.
2017-04-03 20:01:04 +02:00
*
2017-07-09 19:35:26 +02:00
* All outgoing ICMPv6 messages come through one of two mechanisms:
*
* 1. The output from internal ICMPv6 message passing. These outgoing
* messages will use device polling and will be handled here.
* 2. ICMPv6 output resulting from TX or timer polling.
*
2017-04-03 20:01:04 +02:00
* Assumptions:
* The network is locked.

Add functions to catch MLD messages dispatched by ICMPv6 input logic.
net/mld: As a starting point, copy all net/igmp/*.c files to net/mld/. and change all occurrences of igmp (or IGMP) to mld (or MLD).

net/devif: fix devif_poll loop logic
Previously, the devif_poll works in this flow:
devif_poll_xx -> bstop = callback -> continue if !bstop -> poll another
Now we split the polling and callback, so it should work like:
devif_poll_connections -> return true if callback need to be called
-> bstop = callback -> loop if !bstop -> poll again
Conditions:
poll_connections == 0, d_len == 0, break, return 0
poll_connections == 1, d_len == 0, break, return 1 (other stop case,
don't callback)
poll_connections == 1, d_len > 0, callback == 1, break, return 1
poll_connections == 1, d_len > 0, callback == 0, loop
