1e1ea7bb5d esp32s2: Improve selection of the bootloader being used on Kconfig 
- A pre-built IDF bootloader is used by default;
- `ESP32S2_PARTITION_TABLE` requires the IDF bootloader to be built
from sources.
- Native MCUboot also can be used to boot the device. It will be
built from sources and depends on !ESP32S2_PARTITION_TABLE.

223c5a3722 xtensa/esp32_esp32s2_esp32s3: enable syslog bufferring 
By enabling the syslog buffering on xtensa-based devices, it's
possible to ensure concurrent tasks will not mess with the syslog
messages.

e77e12e145 espressif: Stabilize MCUboot support on Espressif chips 
MCUboot support is no longer behind EXPERIMENTAL for the following
chips:
- ESP32
- ESP32-S2
- ESP32-S3
- ESP32-C3
