Update linker scripts to provide _ramfuncs sections for SAMv7 based boards. This corrects undefined reference to _ramfuncs when CONFIG_ARCH_RAMFUNCS is enabled (Issue #304)
Largely copy-and-paste from stm32f4discovery.
Also arch/arm/src/armv7-m/mpu.h: Ensure RBAR alignment
Fix crashes on init task startup I observed on qemu-system-arm -M lm3s6965evb.
And remove syslog_init_e because all initialization is later now and we don't
distinguish the initialition phase anymore after ramlog don't need special
initialize.
Because we can get the same function by CONSOLE_SYSLOG/syslog_console_init.
BTW, it isn't a good choice to use g_ramlogfops as /dev/console since nsh
will read back what it send out which will surprise most people.
This commit adds automounter and BOARDCTRL_RESET support for SAMV71 and verified on Atmel SAMV71-XULT. Also, some fixes of Kconfig and missing uerr/uinfo definition.
it doesn't make sense that iob initialization is in up_initialize
but other memory components initialization is called in nx_start

To ensure size_t same as toolchain definition in the first place and rename CXX_NEWLONG to ARCH_SIZET_LONG. The change also check whether __SIZE_TYPE__ exist before CONFIG_ARCH_SIZET_LONG so our definition can align with toolchain(gcc/clang) definition automatically.
Currently up_allocate_heap() assumes that g_idle_topstack points
top of the heap memory. However, g_idle_topstack pointed incorrect
address in SMP mode which resulted in heap corruption. This PR
moves g_idle_topstack at the end of .noinit to avoid this issue.

Make 'checkpatch.sh -c commits' and 'checkpatch.sh -p patches' do full
file check as default, while 'checkpatch.sh -r -c commits' and 'checkpatch.sh
-r -p patches' do ranges check only.
This commit does two things:
1. First, it reorganizes the driver Kconfig files so that each is self contained. Before, a part of the driver configuration was in drivers/Kconfig and the rest was in in drivers/xyz/Konfig. Now, all of the driver configuration is consolitated in the latter.
2. Second, this commit correct numerous serious errors introduced in a previous reorganization of the driver Kconfig files. This was first noted by Nicholas Chin in PR270 for the case of the drivers/i2c/Kconfig but some examination indicates that the error was introduced into several other Kconfig files as well.
The nature of the introduced error was basically this:
- Nothing must intervene between the menuconfig selection and the following conditional configuration otpions.
- A previous PR erroneously introduced unconditional options between the menuconfig and the following confditional logic, thus corrupting the driver menus.
This error was easy to make because the driver Kconfig files were not well modularized. Making them fully self-contained should eliminate this kind of error in the future.
The benefit include:
1. Simplify the implementation
2. Support both tick and tickless automatically
3. No time drift in tickless mode
4. Support critmon arch API automatically
Basically a copy-and-paste from spresense.
But I added -mlong-calls for ELF to avoid out of range relocations.
(Isn't it necessary for spresense?)
gnu-elf.ld is a copy from stm32f4discovery. I changed the license
of this file with a permisson of @patacongo.
