9ee1f7838e STM32 SDIO DMA: Ignore DMA FIFO errors; these seem to be bogus. SD multiple block transfers result in CRC errors; avoid them by using smaller FTP buffer sizes

ae8cfb1bf1 atexit() functions now called when task killed by task delete; For MCUs with <= 64Kb of SRAM, CONFIG_MM_SMALL can be defined to reduce the memory allocation overhead
