Move SCU-specific ak09912 sensor into spresense board layer.
Rename a function name to register SCU sensor driver
from ak09912_register to ak09912_scu_register.
Updated alt1250 driver with regarding to the following changes.
- Add LTE hibernation feature
- Split source code per module
- Some refactoring
- Some bug fixes
The driver is provided by Spresense SDK
ISX019 has the DOL-HDR feature, which combines images with different exposure so that
both bright and dark data of high-contrast subject can be viewed at the same time.

Change pin initialization timing for camera from board power on to camera device
power on for the following purposes.
- avoid unnecessary power consumption
- Make the corresponding pins available for other uses when camera is not in use
Summary:
- This commit adds CPU activity LEDs feature to spresense
Impact:
- CONFIG_ARCH_LEDS_CPU_ACTIVITY=y only

Add imageproc_alpha_blend() to blend two images in a specified ratio.
The blended source image is selectable from the following two types:
- Single color image
- YUV422 image

Adds an initial Nuttx audio driver supporting the Spresense CXD56.
Being a work in progress the driver has a number of limitations:
- Audio playback only, no recording yet.
- Only 16 bit stereo playback is supported.
- In practice only 48kHz playback is supported due to missing SRC.

fs: smartfs: Fix over capacity write
When the remaining capacity of flash is one sector, if a new root
directory is created by file open, then the root directory's chain is
broken and it causes to SmartFS filesystem crash. Once this fatal
problem occurs, it's impossible to recover even if the system reboot.
Fix it by finally update link of root directory.
