Gregory Nutt 2a228e8650 Fleshs out a few more things needed to compile and build the S32K118EVB board configuration.
Squashed commit of the following:

    arch/arm/include:  Add interrupt IRQ numbers.
    tools/: Add support for the S32K1XX family.
