39a5b3d24e NxWM: Add IApplicationFactory so that we can create multiple instances of applications; And, as a result of that, re-vamp entire threading model. this is now buggier than it was before

f9a0f3dfe3 Fix several compiler errors that occur when CONFIG_SCHED_ONEXIT is enabled; on_exit is now used in NxWM::NxConsole to close the window with the NSH session exits

8c1b31e600 STM32 SDIO DMA: Ignore DMA FIFO errors; these seem to be bogus. SD multiple block transfers result in CRC errors; avoid them by using smaller FTP buffer sizes
