When I try to set priorities in certain programs, such as init_priority(HIGH_PRIORITY), I've noticed that during linking, there's no guarantee that the programs will be compiled in the sequence I've specified based on priority. This has led to some runtime errors in my program.
I realized that in the ld file, when initializing dynamic arrays, there's no assurance of initializing init_array.* before init_array. This has resulted in runtime errors in the program. Consequently, I've rearranged the init_array.* in the ld file of NuttX to be placed before init_array and added a SORT operation to init_array.* to ensure accurate initialization based on priorities during linking.
Decreasing the value may increase DQ/DQS window size. Keep the default value
(1) for the existing board configurations.

This incorporates an fpga i2c driver into the existing i2c driver.
This fpga i2c works almost 100% as the MSS i2c, but the difference
is that the fpga driver terminates all transactions with a stop
sent -interrupt. That needs to be handled.
Fpga clock source is also different, act accordingly.
SEC2TICK(10) is an overkill to any app, use just one second instead.
modifyreg32s are simplified as well, no need to clear and set
as set is enough.

Simplify the clock mode from the board.h -files. Also make the
SD clock definable as well.

Some related products, such as Aries m100pfs, don't support eMMC
speeds up to 200MHz. Thus, provide option to select slower clock.
This has only to do with the clocking, no CMD6 is sent to select
high speed modes.

Sync some of the AXI configuration and DDR training parameters with the manufacturer's
defaults.
The TIP_CFG parameter correction helps with DDR training failures on some individual boards

Enable this option to optimization the unused input sections with the
linker by compiling with " -ffunction-sections -fdata-sections ", and
linking with " --gc-sections ".

Mux USB IO pins one-by-one using package specific pinmux definitions. This avoids accidentally overwriting IO settings for other pins.

This adds a simple USB device driver for the mpfs. However,
this driver is still at its early phase. Only limited testing
with CDC/ACM has been conducted.

## Summary
A lot of linker scripts were listed twice, once for unix, once for windows.
This PR cleans up the logic so they're only listed once.
## Impact
Any opportunity to use a single source of truth and reduce lines of code is a win!
## Testing
CI will test all build
Summary:
- Apply the same style as sabre-6quad
Impact:
- None
- NOTE: esp32c3-devkit still remains old style because of link errors
Testing:
- Build only

There is no such section. Instead, place the object mpfs_head.o at the start of
the text.
Put mpfs_head.o directly into the arch library; there is no need to define
it separately in HEAD_ASRC.

This fixes problems with DDR training sequence on aries m100pfs board
- Set LIBERO_SETTING_RPC_ODT_* to 6, which matches 40 ohm. Originally it was 120 ohm (2)
- Set BCLKSCLK_OFFSET value to 5, which matches icicle board setting

- Add defconfig and board specific files
- Create mpfs/common for code which is shared between MPFS boards.
- Add support for GPIO driven EMMCSD mux.
- Move DDR Libero definitions from arch to boards.
