c7245b74fd readline() (and hence NSH) now accept the DEL character as well as the Backspace character for the backspace functionality

9ee1f7838e STM32 SDIO DMA: Ignore DMA FIFO errors; these seem to be bogus. SD multiple block transfers result in CRC errors; avoid them by using smaller FTP buffer sizes
