Port based on arch/arm/nrf53.
Modem not fully supported yet. At the moment, initialization and AT interface work.
Sockets and GNSS interface will be added later.
Basic work required for uniprocessor CortexR52 (ARMv8R AARCH32) using
GICv3 and CP15 mapped arch timer.
Tested on ARM FVP 11.20.
Port is based on ARMv8R AARCH64 and ARMv7R code. Excuse possible copy-paste leftovers.
Notify the compiler that the condition flag has changed to prevent the
compiler from optimizing and reordering instructions, which may cause exceptions.

minidump will backtrace failure when use C code to save user context,
because the stack push operation in C code can disrupt the stack information.

arm-none-eabi-gcc 12.2.0 gives the following warnings:
error: 'primask' is used uninitialized
error: 'primask' may be used uninitialized
We use Werror and the file is indirectly included in different
places. I suggest telling the compiler to ignore these warnings
since primask is initialized on the first assembly line.
This is the only problem I encountered so far when upgrading the compiler.
The function is not relevant any longer, remove it. Also remove
save_addrenv_t, the parameter taken by up_addrenv_restore.
Implement addrenv_select() / addrenv_restore() to handle the temporary
instantiation of address environments, e.g. when a process is being
created.
Detach the address environment handling from the group structure to the
tcb. This is preparation to fix rare cases where the system (MMU) is left
without a valid page directory, e.g. when a process exits.
This is preparation for moving address environments out of the group
structure into the tcb.
Why move ? Because the group is destroyed very early in the exit phase,
but the MMU mappings are needed until the context switch to the next
process is complete. Otherwise the MMU will lose its mappings and the
system will crash.
The dependency should be vice versa; the MM_SHM should depend on the
existence of the virtual memory range allocator.
Create a new CONFIG flag CONFIG_ARCH_VMA_MAPPING, which will define that
there is a virtual memory range allocator. Make MM_SHM select that flag

This patch adds new chip family, stm32wl5x. This is bare minimum
implementation of said chip. I've tested this by running nsh.
There are only two chips in this family, stm32wl55 and stm32wl54.
The only difference between them is that stm32wl55 has LORA.
stm32wl5 is dual CPU (not core!). Right now only CPU1 is implemented.
CPU0 has access to radio hardware (while CPU1 does not). Chip is
designed so that CPU0 handles radio traffic while CPU1 does the
heavy lifting with data - there is communication pipe between two
CPUs.
I plan to use nuttx on CPU1 and LORA from stm32cube on CPU0 so I
don't have implementing CPU0 right now - once we have working LORA
in nuttx this may change.
Peripherals (except for radio) are shared so it's best to focus on
CPU1 to initialize all peripherals so that CPU0 can only use them
later. There is no real benefit to implement CPU0 if we don't have
working LORA/radio support in nuttx.
In time I will be implementing more and more things from this chip.
Right now I would like this minimal implementation to be merged in
case someone wants to work on this chip as well.

arm/armv7-[a|r]: move fpu save/restore to assembly handler
Save/Restore FPU registers in C environment is dangerous practive,
which cannot guarantee the compiler won't generate the assembly code
with float point registers, especially in interrupt handling
